Obituary of Willie Ray Robertson Sr.
Willie Robertson was born in Henderson Texas to Willie B. Robertson and Helen May. At a young age, the family relocated to Arizona. In 1973, Willie met Gloria where they later married in 1976 and had 7 children. Willie worked for the City of Mesa for 20 years and retired from the City of Chandler after 16 years. He always worked hard for his family. He had such a love for his family and it always showed. At the age of 33, Willie gave his life to the Lord. He served God with his whole heart and his faith never wavered. He faithfully served as the head Deacon at Prayer & Worship Revival Center for many years, under the late Pastor Alonzo Denson and now Prophetess Tammy Denson.
Willie is survived by his wife Gloria Robertson, sons Willie Robertson Jr. (Brandi Robertson), Isley Robertson, Alton Robertson (Ashley Robertson), and Timothy Robertson, daughters Jennifer Kennedy (Arrmonn Kennedy), Tiffany Richardson (Matthew Richardson) and Amber Mugwagwa (Alvin Mugwagwa). As well as a host of grandkids; Sierra Robertson, Elias Robertson, Rolan Bodey, Shameek Kennedy, Faith Rose, Justis Robertson, Jeremiah Robertson, Jordan Robertson, Ray Robertson, Aj William, D'monnii Kennedy, Sophia Robertson, Aaliyah Robertson, Avery Robertson, Kingston Mugwagwa, Carter Robertson, Benson Robertson, Kylah Mugwagwa, and Carson Robertson. Willie is also survived by 4 brothers; Bobby, Alvin, Ricky, and Frankie, 4 sisters; Alice, Brenda Aquanetta and Tamika. He was so loved by many!
Willie's legacy will continue to live on through all generations and in the lives of those he impacted throughout his life. Willie was a friend to everyone and he was always willing to share the word of God with you! Luke 18:1 Men ought to always pray and not faint.
