Obituary of Mark Andrew Padilla
Mark Andrew Padilla, 51, born September 7, 1971 passed away on September 6, 2023. Mark was a Desert Storm veteran with the United States Army. He was critically injured and permanently disabled in a motorcycle accident in January 2020. He left behind two children, Anthony Padilla and Alyx Padilla as well as his only sibling, Rob Padilla.
Mark loved to make people laugh, show off his magic and card tricks in spite of his severe difficulties. He was so creative and enjoyed woodworking and working with acrylics and made beautiful gifts for his family and friends. He brought a smile to everyone he met and our lives are forever changed by his generosity and love.
Mark was a dedicated father and loved his children more than life itself. Mark is now reunited with his daughter, Peyton Nicole who passed away on March 22, 2017.
Mark is survived by his mother, Shirley McCormick; son, Anthony, daughter Aly, half siblings Adam, Claire and Nathan, brother, Rob Padilla, grandmother Loyce Bourland and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased in death by his daughter, Peyton and father, Bobby Padilla.
He will be forever missed by all who loved him. Services remain pending and will take place at the National Veteran's Cemetery of Arizona.
