Born in Kansas City Missouri to Robert and Olive. Married Mary Donna Newman July 24 1950,
who preceded him in death 8-31-2019. Honorable discharge from Marine Corps 1952. Retired
from the Kansas City Missouri Fire Department 1976 as Captain serving over 25 years. Retired
from Farmland / Smithfield as Security Guard in 2015. Motorcycle rider until he was 92 years
old. Was a Horse rider,trainer and trader for many years.
Survived by Daughter Sherry (Larry) Fann, Grandson Michal Hontz and Great- Grandson’s Alex
and Ethan, Family and Friends.
