Obituary of Thomas Coha I

Tom joined our Lord in heaven on May 30, 2022.  Tom was born in Lyons IL on December 12, 1933, devoted son to Nikola and Amalia (nee Gaspert) Coha. Tom grew up in Lyons with his beloved sisters Stefania Coha, Helen (late Tony) Kovacevic and Sr. Thomas Eileen Coha,  step-dad John Klancir and step-brothers Laurence and John Klancir.

Tom met the love of his life, Gerri Coha, at a softball game 70 years ago. Tom and Gerri's life together began on May 7, 1955 and took them on many adventures. Their love blessed them with three children, Linda (Art), Thomas II (Paula) and Timothy, grandchildren Sarah, Michelle, Ryan and Aaron and 4 great grandchildren.  Tom will be missed by his dear sister-in-law Mary Lou Knepple (late George), nieces Kathy Drenth and Lori Tate.

Tom spent his career working in the petroleum industry, taking him to amazing places all over the world.

Tom enjoyed sports, card games, and spending time with family and friends.  He was a lifetime member of the Lyons Mustangs Athletic Club.  His remains will be cremated and interned with his beloved wife Gerri at Mountain View Cemetery, Mesa Arizona.
