Obituary of Christine Lynn Polak

Christine Lynn Polak, 41, of Goodyear, AZ passed away Dec 5, 2018. There will be a celebration of Chrissy’s life in the summer of 2019. Chrissy was born in Rockville Centre, NY on May 3, 1977. She grew up in Levittown, Long Island and graduated from McCarthur High School. She attended SUNY Albany. Chrissy loved her friends, music, the beach and animals of every kind. Chrissy was preceded in death by her father Albert and mother Judith. Chrissy leaves behind hordes of friends who are overwhelmingly sad by her untimely passing. Chrissy was always willing to see the good in everybody and opened many people’s eyes to a Wonderful World. Beautiful inside and out with a will and spirit that is rarely matched. To all that knew this Gorgeous creature know that you were truly Blessed.
