Obituary of David Nevin Payne

David Nevin Payne, 63, was born April 4, 1955, and died February 26, 2019. He is survived by his daughter Stephanie Payne Joyner (John), grandchildren Alecia and Alec Joyner, father Nevin Payne, and siblings Jeanne Baker, Jerry Payne and Randy Payne. Dave was a brilliant electrician, who continued the trade much of his adult life. He also worked the last two years running concessions, allowing him the opportunity to work at sporting events and concerts, two things he always enjoyed. Those close to Dave affectionately referred to him as “Super Dave”, because he had a great work ethic and a kind heart, eventually they shortened it to just “Super”.
