Obituary of Darnell Odell Carlisle

Darnell Odell Carlisle, 49 was born on October 17, 1969 in Cleveland, Ohio to the union of the late Albert Lee Carlisle & Henrietta Victoria Carlisle (Williams). He was the 2nd oldest child of four children Robert in Cleveland, Albert Allen who preceded him in death, and Lynda Green who lives in Stockton, CA. He accepted Christ at an early age and remained spiritual throughout his life. He Graduated from East Technical High School Cleveland, Ohio in 1990. After that he achieved his Nursing assistance Certification and worked many years as a STNA. In 2002 he gained certification to carry firearms and worked in security for several years. From 2003 to 2008 he worked as a cook in various establishments mainly the Hyatt Regency. On 12/28/1990 Darnell married Annette Bradley. A union that later ended in divorce. On 11/16/2002 he married Tiffany Harris. A union that also ended in divorce. Darnell was a hardworking man who always cared for his children. After he was too ill to work, his second wife Tiffany and her husband Walter Redding took him in to care for him in his last days. He spent them surrounded by family who love and cared for him his remaining days. He went on to be with the Lord on Thursday June 20, 2019 after a lengthy illness and ultimately complications due to heart complications. He leaves to celebrate his life Tonja, Dannielle, Juwan, and His special daughter Kyla Carter, Khristian Kelvonniey Amire Harris-Carlisle, Darnell Zion Keith Carlisle Jr, and his special daughter Tiffany Redding II. He also leaves 2 granddaughters, Naima and Nylah and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
