Obituary of Jorge Espinoza

Jorge Espinoza, 80 years of age, passed away on November 24, 2022.

Jorge was born in La Piedad, Michoacán, Mexico. He is survived by his loving wife, Matilde, and children Juvenal (Vanessa), Bertha (Octavio), Jorge (Teresa), Ana, and Cristi (Eric). Eighteen Grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

He was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was very proud of his family.

When at home, he could be found tending his garden. This was his therapy. Many of us have a creation of his in our yard or garden.

Anyone who knew Jorge knew that he had the most amazing smile. He was the most kind, loving father and spouse a family could ever ask for. He was predeceased by his loving son, Jose, his mother (Victoria), and his father (Jose Trinidad).

He will be truly missed!

Services for Jorge will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm at Legacy Funeral Home - Chandler, 1374 N. Arizona Avenue, Chandler, Arizona 85225.  A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held in his honor on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church, 440 E. Elliot Road, Gilbert, Arizona 85234.  Burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 1562 E. Baseline Road, Mesa, Arizona 85204.
