I have many special memories of Judy, as she welcomed me to be part of the Oeltjenbruns family as exchange student from Holland back in 1986. She was a kind and loving host mom for me, how she was there for me, when feeling sometimes also sad missing my family back home. I had a fantastic year in Cedar Falls and living with Larry & Judy, Chris and Clarinda. We shared many special moments together, which I’m very thankful for.
