Obituary of Marvin E. Kearns

Marvin E. Kearns, 81, passed away Thursday morning, October 7, 2021 in Chandler, Arizona. Marv was born May 10, 1940 in Wisconsin to Edward and Rose Kearns. Marv was one of 11 children. Marv dedicated his working career to the Navy. He was a proud sailor and returned to the Navy as a civilian after his retirement. Marv married Joan in 1967 and spent 54 loyal years by her side. Marv dedicated his life to being the best Husband, Dad, and Papa he could be. Marv is survived by his wife, Joan, his children, Rhonda and Kevin, his grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica, and Kevin, and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Kayla, Jayda, and Eli. A service will be held in his name at Miramar National Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to 2842 Mercury Drive, Lemon Grove, CA 91945 and will be given to Joan.
