Deborah Jane (Rubio) Ramm, 46, was received by her Lord and Savior, on the morning of Wednesday May 3rd, 2017 just before 9 a.m. She is now dancing and rejoicing in the presence of her King.
Deborah was born November 19, 1970, in Phoenix, AZ, to Augustine Rubio III and Mary Jane (Guerra) Rubio, and spent most of her life in the Valley except for her early school years from Grade 1 to 8 when she lived in California.
Deborah worked as an Elementary School teacher for nearly 17 years and then 2 years as a Librarian. She was employed for the Cartwright Elementary, Glendale Elementary, and the Dysart Unified School Districts. She loved her teaching career and was a model teacher for many others. She also spent time working as the Librarian at American Indian College where she had graduated from with her degree in Elementary Education. During the last year of her life she was a hard-working pastor’s wife in Quanah, TX, where she fell in love with the people and ministered. She had a deep love for her two fur babies, dachshunds Rosco and Daisy.
Deborah Jane (Rubio) Ramm is preceded in death by her father, Augustine Rubio III and her aunt Lydia Capps. She is survived by her husband, Matthew Ramm and mother, Mary Jane (Guerra) Rubio.
Services will be held at Harvest Church, 8340 W. Northern Avenue on Friday, May 12th at 7 p.m., viewing will begin at 6p.m., and Saturday May 13th at 10 a.m. The graveside service will be held at West Resthaven Cemetery at 6450 W. Northern Avenue, immediately following.
